Task: Execute Information Cutover

The objective of this task is to execute the actual cutover based on the artifact Information Cutover Plan.

Information cutover can happen either on one of the last days before Service Commencement, for instance during the preceding weekend, or automatically or by manual action at the start of Service Commencement date.

The artifact Information Cutover Report is created to communicate what part of the cutover fully succeeded and what part of the cutover needs additional measures, fallback on alternatives or repairs.
